KL Eco City is a mixed development in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. We were first invited to participate in the partial construction of Parcel C of the KL Eco City in June 2012. Parcel C contains a 4-storey business centre above 2 levels of above ground parking and 3 levels of underground parking. It also holds four office blocks with varying heights. Office block A has 40 floors, block B has 17 floors, block C has 16, block D has 15 and block E has 31 floors.

The award we received for Parcel C was for constructing the contiguous bored pile wall, earthworks, piling and basement structure works for this massive and complex project. The works, valued at RM163 million, took just shy of 2 years to complete. Due to the speed of our progress for Parcel C, we were later awarded a contract of RM108 million for substructure works and elevated roadway of Parcel D. This parcel consists of a 2-storey mosque and plaza on top of a 5-storey above ground parking lot and 2-storey underground parking lot.
